The district is within walking distance, day and night with delicious restaurants, cafes and bars, shops, museums, concert and event venues, trade fair, philharmonic, city garden and much more. All this and 10 minutes walk from the train station!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the architecturally beautiful Moltkeviertel with old villas and lots of greenery. In the immediate vicinity are the "Elisabeth" Hospital and the "Huyssenstift." Good highway connection to the A52, A40 and public transport. The south quarter and the lively district of Rüttenscheid are only 15 to 20 minutes' walk away. Here you will find nice cafes, pubs and restaurants. A REWE supermarket is just 900 meters away (open from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm)

It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.
