We rent a renovated apartment in the attic of our single-family home. The house is from the 1920s and at the time housed workers of a crupp factory. In the renovation of the house and also in the attic renovation, it was important to us to preserve the old character of the house and to complement it with modern elements. The Heimaterde settlement is a listed building , which largely preserves the uniform character with the beautiful gardens.
