Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

The Mediterranean market square with many restaurants and pedestrian zone are only one minute away. In 20 minutes by car you are in Heidelberg or Mannheim. Weinheim is located on the Burgensteig. Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.
