Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

Man liebt unsere Unterkunft wegen der Lage, der Ruhe, des Ausblicks und der Atmosphäre im sanierten Künstlerhaus. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für alleinreisende Ruhesuchende, Geschäftsreisende und kulturinteressierte Paare, leider nicht für Kinder. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses kostenfrei. Superhost seit langem!

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
