Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3 min. walk to the Stadtbahn [suburban railway] and 22 min. to the center of Stuttgart. Self check-in/out is possible using the keybox. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix, washing machine. The apartment is used exclusively by our guests. All necessary shopping can be done on foot. Free public parking is available next to the house.

Man liebt unsere Unterkunft wegen der Lage, der Ruhe, des Ausblicks und der Atmosphäre im sanierten Künstlerhaus. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für alleinreisende Ruhesuchende, Geschäftsreisende und kulturinteressierte Paare, leider nicht für Kinder. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses kostenfrei. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
