Unser Sachl liegt im Herzen des Vilstals und doch in kompletter Alleinlage mit nur Wiesen/Weiden und Wäldern außenrum. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ist modern eingerichtet, mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und einem neu sanierten Bad. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber unser Hof ist bewirtschaftet und hier wird gearbeitet. Mit uns leben viele Hühner, Mutterkühe, Bienen und unsere zwei Labrador Mädls Caro & Maya die frei rumlaufen. Urlaubsgäste und Monteure sind willkommen!

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In Siegenburg (4 km), you'll find restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, table football and an outdoor play area available. We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
