The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Restaurants, small art studios are in the immediate neighborhood. Sights such as City Hall, Cathedral, Church of Blessed Gisela and the pedestrian zone are a 3-10 minute walk away. The village tip, where the Danube, Inn and Ilz flow together, are also easily reached. Wonderful as a starting point for bike rides. Equipped with three double beds.
