Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

The guest apartment "Am Kirchplatz" is a cozily furnished apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance. On over 90 square meters of living space, we can accommodate up to 6 people. The large west terrace with grill, accessible from the living room, is available for your exclusive use. The family-friendly apartment is centrally located at the church (church bells according to Bavarian tradition) in beautiful Obertaufkirchen, but still quiet with views of the countryside.

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you'll find restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, table football and an outdoor play area available. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower.
