Provide my small but nice apartment. It is rather calm and green all around. And yet you can easily get to the center, the cathedral or one of the other Veddel. It is less than a 20-minute walk to the popular south city,or by bus (only 200m) in less than 10 minutes. From there, you can also get to the cathedral, the center, the Rhine, or change to the exhibition center. Around the corner is the promontory park and you go even further you can get to the outer green belt - the green lungs of Cologne.

Hi, ich vermiete mein helles vollmöbliertes 1-Zimmer Apartment mit Küche und Badezimmer. Es befindet sich in Ehrenfeld und hat gute Anbindungen zu jeglichen Zielen in Köln: 5 min S-bahnstation Piusstraße (15 min bis Gamescom) 2 min Rewe 5 min Grüngürtel + Belgisches Viertel Die Venloer Str. ist die direkte Parallelstraße, wo sich Bäckereien, Kioske, Kneipen und Essenmöglichkeiten befinden. Man kommt nach überall in Köln schnell hin und kann sich in den großen Grüngürtel um die Ecke legen.

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

SPa For2 Jacuzzi & Steam Sauna

🌿 Wellness oasis on the edge of an industrial area. Apartment is a couples retreat. Enjoy relaxing hours in your own steam sauna or relax in the year-round jacuzzi with panoramic views of beautiful sunsets. The sliding windows can all be opened completely for sunbathing. Unfortunately, the current internet connection is not yet stable, which in the meantime can lead to stockings at Tv. There is no air conditioning, only a stationary fan

Private floor in D-Kaiserswerth close to U79_A/C

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.

Quiet & green! Artistic apartment near airport

The apartment has a very quiet and green location. Cologne/Bonn Airport is only 6 minutes by car or taxi. In a 5-minute walk there are various supermarkets (Hit, Lidl, Aldi, Penny) and the promenade on the Rhine is also only a 15-minute walk away. With a children's playground right by the house. Elevator available. Step-free access throughout the house and in the apartment.

Small wooden hut in near the Rhine Self check-in/out

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. It may not be big, but it's definitely enough to spend the night. Unfortunately, the hut is no longer up to date, so please don't expect any luxury 😉. Meticulous people won't be happy here, but individualists definitely will! Remember to bring earplugs, because I have 2 roosters on the property 😉
