Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

In this charming and upscale accommodation, you can sleep on a comfortable box spring couch (150 cm wide), enjoy a floor-to-ceiling shower in your own bathroom as well as optional breakfast. A parking space in the underground garage of the house is also available by arrangement. Beautiful and quiet next to a historic/converted monastery, but still centrally located, you need about an 8-minute walk to the subway and about 12 minutes to the trade fair/23 minutes to Düsseldorf's old town/city center.

Verkehrsgünstig aber ruhig auf halben Wege zwischen Lindlar und dem Autobahnanschluß Untereschbach (A4) gelegen. Zur Innenstadt Köln (ca. 28 km) fährt man meist weniger als 30 Minuten. Wanderer und Biker kommen auf ihre Kosten, denn Rad- und Wanderwege beginnen praktisch vor der Haustür. Das LVR-Freilichtmuseum liegt in der Nähe (7km). Gemütliche Gasthöfe und Restaurants liegen in der Umgebung.

The Kaiserswerther Diakonie / Florence Nightingale Hospital is in 2 minutes walking distance We offer comfortable rooms and a rich breakfast in our conservatory for an extra charge. We are flexible and happy to accommodate your wishes.

Das Gästehaus liegt im Ortsteil Lank-Latum, sehr zentral alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. (Supermarkt; Bäcker, Restaurants). Frühstück ist nicht inklusive. Durch die Lage in einer Spielstraße und Sackgasse ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und müssen mit gebucht werden.

Our house is located in the Cologne suburb of Junkersdorf, 3 minutes walk from the stop of line 1, which takes 15 - 20 minutes to the city center. We have 3 rooms in which the beds can be provided either as a single or double bed. There is a fully equiped kitchen and a little bathroom with WC and shower.
