Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

Coronavirus-related restrictions are communicated. Unrestricted rental is possible for work contexts, mobile office. Due to legal requirements, my open fireplace can no longer be used, so it will soon be converted with a heating insert. The fee for dogs is €10 per dog per day
