The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

Beautiful wooden floor, new box spring bed, new bathroom, new kitchen. Extremely fast Wi-Fi. Close to numerous restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Very short walk to the airport (17 minutes by train), 15 minutes walk to the main train station, S-Bahn and U-Bahn are 5 minutes away.

We renovated and lovingly furnished our attic apartment in 08/2019. We prefer to live here ourselves, although our main residence is in Freiburg. Our already grown-up children welcome you. Ehrenfeld is undoubtedly one of the most popular and hippest neighborhoods in Cologne. The former working-class district can do a lot more than celebrate. So that you are guaranteed never to get bored around Venloer Straße, we always have good tips for you.

The apartment for sole use is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with children), and groups of up to 4 people. The apartment has a living area of 45 m² and was completely rebuilt in November 2016. Through an access control with a number code, a problem-free check-in is possible!
