Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The historic walls from the beginning of 1900 breathe history from all corners and angles. The unusual architecture overwhelms you as soon as you enter. There are hundreds of details to discover in this lovingly furnished house. Take advantage of the extraordinary flair of this original building for your stay. The room on the 2nd floor is separate from our 2nd Airbnb accommodation. It has its own separate bathroom that is used exclusively by you.

Vacation in a country house in the Bergisches Land

The small half-timbered house "Haus Nr. 9" is located in Mittelsaurenbach in the municipality of Ruppichteroth. The house is completely renovated and is a lovingly furnished self-catering house. The heart of the house is the very cozy kitchen-living room with a tiled stove. Enjoy the tranquility of nature or trips to Bonn, Cologne or the Panarbora Adventure Park. Dogs are only allowed if this is arranged in advance. An extra fee will be charged.

Magical half-timbered cottage with garden terrace

You are most welcome in our cozy half-timbered cottage "Refugium im Gitzental" near Siegburg/Cologne/Bonn. In a 10-minute walk through our village, along meadows with cows, alpacas and sheep, you will immerse yourself in the forest with the Wendbach and Wahnbach streams, which flow into the nearby Wahnbach reservoir. For those who want a retreat from everyday life and the usual to unwind. Various shops & restaurants: by car in 5 - 10 minutes.

FeWo Stecki - Nature near Cologne/Bonn

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

Here in Velbert, in the beautifully situated Deilbachtal, we offer an approx. 60 sqm single holiday home for 2 people, directly by the forest. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and is heated with underfloor heating. The living space consists of a living room with 2 sofas, TV and a dining area directly opposite the kitchen.

The beautiful outdoors with great hiking trails surround the detached nature house. A short distance from the house, you will enter the 6th stage of the Bergischer Panoramasteig. A variety of smaller circular and bike paths and the dams of the Bergisches Land invite you to many activities. But you can also enjoy nature experiences or fantastic sunsets from the terrace.

My place is surrounded by meadows, pastures and forests. Cologne/Messe is only 35 minutes/30 km from here. You'll love my place because of the coziness, a comfortable bed, a full kitchen and our garden. From the balcony you can see the setting sun very nicely. The place is good for couples, business travelers and all those looking for peace and nature.
