Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Schönes Apartment mit zwei Zimmer für bis zu drei Gäste. Mitten im Viertel: behagliche Cafés, gemütliche Kneipen, originelle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein großes Kulturangebot. An jeder Ecke gibt es etwas Besonderes zu erleben: Ein Bummel durch das Trendviertel ist ein „Muss“ für alle Besucher:innen unserer schönen Hansestadt. Mittendrin, doch in ruhiger Lage. Zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn, in nur wenigen Minuten in der City. Schön auch die Spaziergänge im Bürgerpark und an Weser/Osterdeich.

Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The small construction trailer has a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people and a separate bathroom including shower with hot water. On the outdoor terrace you can enjoy your breakfast and relax by the campfire in the evening. The area is especially popular with cyclists, canoeists and hikers.

Bright, central (main station) 1-room apartment in side street

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is about a 10 minutes walk from central station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) can also be easily reached. You can walk to the nearest tram stops in about 5 minutes. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with WiFi access ! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

Two-room apartment with terrace in the old Bremer house

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Direkte Bahnhofsnähe. Alles an Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Bus- und Bahnverbindungen in alle Richtungen vorhanden. Schöne 1 Zimmerwohnung voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man im Alltag so benötigt. Es ist ein Bett in der Größe 140 x 200 m vorhanden. Sowie eine Einbauküche, Bad mit Dusche und ein Balkon. Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich genau gegenüber.
