Located directly on the harbor, the apartment is quiet and yet right in the center of the city's cultural life. As a highlight, you look directly at the landmark of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. Note: the apartment is being rented completely new, the interior may still change. The front part is yours, from where you have access to the large garden: playground equipment and hobby house to romp around to your heart's content for the little ones, quiet corners to relax for the adults. Paddle in the dinghy on the Sieltief or cycle to the dike, the fun pool or the play barn in Burhave. Our hobby farm invites you to look. There is no boredom here, but relaxation is guaranteed.

The lovingly furnished apartment is 75 square meters and is located on a farm in Neddenaverbergen on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. A small fenced garden with terrace offers space for relaxing vacations. Garden furniture and a grill are provided. A fully equipped kitchen, a double bed and a large sofa bed (sleeping area 122 x 208 cm) invite you to linger. Four-legged friends are welcome. The location is a very good starting point for cyclists and hikers.

In beautiful Friesland, close to the North Sea, lies the idyllic Branterei farm complex. Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location.
