Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

Helle Ferienwohnung im 2. OG/Dachgeschoß in zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Auch die Innenstadt und das Bremer "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) lassen sich gut erreichen. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen erreichen Sie in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Katze wohnt unten im Haus. Es gibt Internet mit WLAN Zugang ! Jedoch kein super schnelles Glasfaserkabel ! Hier im Centrum nicht wählbar!

Fantastic neighborhood 1-room old building! Best location! Quiet!

Fantastically located apartment in the landmarked house, quiet side street! Theater, art gallery, cathedral and old town within walking distance, the neighborhood with its pub culture and restaurants around the corner. The apartment was lovingly renovated by me (e.g. new parquet floor, custom-made industrial radiators) and since I have a penchant for art, design and curiosities, it is stylishly and comfortably furnished and equipped according to my imagination.

The light-flooded apartment in a modern, stylish, well-kept house is located in an idyllic side street in the heart of Bremen, the "Viertel", Bremen's cultural mile. The wonderful, spacious feeling with floor-to-ceiling windows and oak parquet is complemented by a small terrace that offers a wonderful view of the surrounding gardens. Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
