You will live in a modern attic apartment of approximately 80 m², which was completely renovated in 2024 and is accessible via a comfortable staircase. From the small, furnished balcony, you have a beautiful view of the green surroundings. The terrace overlooking the meadow at the rear of the property will also be completed in spring 2025. Our farm is located in the immediate vicinity. It is home to 60 cows. Deer, rabbits, and squirrels occasionally visit. • How many people is the apartment suitable for? The apartment can accommodate three people. If necessary, a travel cot (suitable for up to 15 kg body weight) can be provided. If you would like to vacation with your extended family, we will also offer an apartment on the ground floor for four people starting in spring 2025. • Where can you park and charge your car and bicycles? A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. You can also charge your electric car using the wallbox. You can store your bicycles in the lockable shed and charge their batteries free of charge at the electrical outlet. • How is the internet reception? The house has a fiber optic connection and therefore very good reception. • How comfortable is the apartment? Exterior shutters, triple glazing, sun blinds, and partial insect screens ensure a pleasant indoor climate in the light-filled apartment. This makes it pleasant even on warmer days. In the colder seasons, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. • What is the living and dining area equipped with? A 55-inch smart TV and a comfortable sofa await you in a stylish setting. The dining area is furnished with four high-quality, comfortably upholstered chairs. A highchair can be provided upon request. Books and games are also available. • What is the open-plan kitchen equipped with? The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with your loved ones. An oven at eye level, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher are at your disposal. A hand mixer, a toaster, tea towels, and dish soap are also provided. For coffee lovers, there is a coffee machine and a capsule machine (Tassimo). • What is the bathroom equipped with? It has a rain shower, plenty of storage space, power outlets, and shelves. Towels are also provided. The atmospheric lighting makes the bathroom special. • How many bedrooms are there? There are two bedrooms, a larger and a smaller one. The larger bedroom has a high-quality box spring bed with a large topper (180 x 200 cm) and a variety of pillows. Wardrobes with hangers, dressers, a smart TV, and USB ports on the bedside table are provided. Like almost all rooms, the room can be completely darkened with external blinds. The beds will be made up upon your arrival – everything for a restful, relaxing sleep. The smaller bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and space for a travel cot. However, you will need to bring your own duvet, pillow, and bed linen for the travel cot. There is also a desk, a LAN socket, and two fold-out wall hooks for coat hangers, as well as storage space for clothes in the lower sloping ceiling. However, space for clothes is somewhat limited here. The room can also be used as a home office. • Is there a washing machine? The washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board are located in the small utility room. • What is there to see in the area? Since you live on the outskirts of the city, you are surrounded by nature. Ideal for hiking and cycling through fields, forests, meadows, and moors. If you want to experience more, Bremerhaven and the surrounding area, with its many attractions and events in both summer and winter, offers good connections. The city is easily accessible by car, train, and, in some cases, bus. The North Sea beaches and the Wadden Sea all the way up to Cuxhaven are only about a 45- to 60-minute drive away. The North Sea island of Heligoland and the Hanseatic city of Bremen are also worth a visit. Sounds like a relaxing and eventful vacation, right? We look forward to welcoming you.

Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

Wasserturm Cuxhaven

The industrial monument from the 1950s found its new purpose after 35 years of hibernation in 2003. Since then, the former water tower has been available with every comfort to holidaymakers who are looking for something special. On four floors, a top renovated home was built, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. This circumstance and the loving furnishings contribute to an inimitable atmosphere. The pictures give you a first impression.

Vacation in the "dream" house

Enjoy the special flair of a 200-year-old, thatched farmhouse, one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in the village. You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

"Dien Uttied" stands for the special break in nature, away from everyday stress and city noise. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your break! The 2025 newly built car has a living/sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Anne House

The "Anne + Liese Haus" is a semi-detached house at the gates of Worpswede. In the "Anne" half you move on a beautiful plank made of oak wood and you can enjoy your time in a high-quality and stylish environment. The recognized spa town of Worpswede can be reached within 5 minutes by bike. And the smallest federal state in Germany is only 20 minutes away. The Schnoorviertel or the "Bremer Stadtmusikanten" are just two sights that Bremen has to offer.

Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We live in the center of Leeste, municipality of Weyhe. Our place is a small annex with about 76 square meters on 2 floors. It is a 5-minute walk to the nearest bakery, and shopping is also within walking distance. It is about 12 km from the city center of Bremen. No smoking and no animals.
