Welcome to the Luett Stuuv! In the middle of the charming Bremen riverside district, you will find our lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment. The Luett Stuuv is located in a lively but quiet neighborhood with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

Beautiful “Neustadt guest apartment” in the old Bremen house

Our guest apartment is located in the middle of Bremen's Neustadt and is therefore very centrally located. The apartment is located in the basement of a historic Bremen merchant villa from 1895. We renovated the apartment in 2018 and lovingly furnished it. From here, you can explore the beautiful city of Bremen on foot. In the immediate vicinity you will find many shopping opportunities, the daily weekly market, restaurants, bars, cafes, swimming pool, and much more.

Hi there! Everyone is welcome here! "Very rare with a small but nice garden..." The apartment is centrally located in the new town of Bremen: 55 square meters. It has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 kitchen. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity, about 5 minutes' walk to the stop. The airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.

Central and quiet in the most popular neighborhood

Enjoy life in the charming and centrally located apartment. This is within walking distance (2 minutes) to the Weser in the colorful and lively Bremen district of "Viertel "Viertel" Ostertor. The "Viertel" is a mixture of nice bars, pubs, shops, restaurants, artists, organic stores, students, Werder Bremen fans, street art, alternative cinemas, lifestyle scene and a direct tram connection to Bremen city center and the train station.

Our basement apartment in a typical old Bremen house in the popular Flüsseviertel in the Neustadt district is in the perfect location to explore Bremen city center. It is a cozy 2-room apartment with a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom (French bed 1.40 x 2.00) and separate bathroom. It has a courtyard garden, which is partly covered, belonging to the apartment.

1 room, kitchenette, shower bath, ca. 20m² on the 1st floor (B.E.) / 2nd floor (A.E.) facing the green courtyard. Relax after sightseeing or business. Nearby the lush Bürgerpark/Torfhafen, a vibrant market area and mainstation/fairground. The historical centre is just 1km away.

The apartment is located in an "Altbremer house" in one of the most beautiful streets in Bremen with houses of the "Belle Epoque". 2.4 km from the train station/ trade fair, 2.6 km to the historic old town, 1.3 km to the Bürgerpark or the "Viertel".
