The cozy apartment in the basement with separate entrance has 4 sleeping possibilities, a kitchen with equipment, a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture. Parking spaces are right next to the house.

The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors.
