We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The apartment is in the north of Berlin in a very green and stylish residential area. You can expect a well-equipped, modern and cozy apartment with a sun balcony on the second floor. The apartment has 2 rooms on 43 m² of living space and thus plenty of space for 2 people. There is also a covered parking space about 2.30 m high with a barrier directly on the property.

The spacious two-room apartment, kitchen and bathroom, with real wood floors and wool carpets, is located above our painting studio. Two balconies with views of the countryside invite our guests to linger. Quiet Gersdorf is not far from the large Lake Gamen.
