Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. In addition to the beautiful open living/cooking/dining area, our granny flat has 1 separate bedroom (1.80 m double bed) plus 1 separate bathroom with shower and washing machine as standard. Optionally, there is also the possibility of requesting a second bedroom (also 1.80 m double bed) for an extra charge. Access to this second bedroom is possible via a sliding door in the living room.
