We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Great excursion destinations around the house. Magical cottage in Ortenburg

This wonderful place has its own charm. The old Schusterhaus has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it was built in 1878. However, the interior of the residential building is adapted to contemporary needs and furnished in the modern country style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

Small paradise

Our cozy cottage is situated alone and beautifully on the edge of a hamlet near the “Hölle” nature reserve in the front Bavarian Forest. Its unique charm offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation, both indoors and on the terrace or in the garden. In the house the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by greenery and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
