Very spacious, stylish, light-flooded 3.5 room duplex apartment on 115 square meters in a central location. The nearest beautiful swimming lake with playground is a 5-minute walk. The vacation rental is located in a 2-party vacation home. If necessary and several people, both apartments can also be rented. The quietly located retreat is equipped with a balcony, garden (terrace), garage (with remote control) + parking space as well as a parking space for campers/caravans.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Idyllic apartment in the countryside

Take a break in the beautiful Balinger district of Zillhausen. The surroundings impress with the Zillhausen waterfall and plenty of hiking trails. You have the apartment to yourselves (up to 4 people possible on request) and can relax, cook something and spend time on your own terrace. Two dogs live in the house. They have no access to the apartment, but encounters in front of the house or in the hallway cannot be ruled out. Dogs are not allowed in the apartment.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Welcome to the Bodelshäusle

Experience special moments while playing in your own garden or relaxing by the cozy fireplace in this family-friendly accommodation "Bodelshäusle," which was renovated in 2022. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all meals, but the fireplace in the garden can also be used as a grill. Several supermarkets, bakeries and outlets are within walking distance. In a few minutes you are in the Black Forest, on the Swabian Alps or Hohenzollern Castle.

Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (2 x 2.40 m), another bedroom and the living room have sofas with a sleeping function.

The vacation home has a separate bedroom, a spacious living area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Free parking is right at your doorstep. The entrance area is covered and has a spacious terrace, which can also be used as a carport in winter. The sofa can be folded down and, with its 1.40 m width, offers space for two more guests.
