From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

After a 5-minute walk you are in the center of our district town. When jogging to Heuberg, you leave the last houses of Balingen behind after just 2 minutes of walking. Separate bedroom for 3 people. Sofa bed in the living-dining area for 2 people. Apartment is fully equipped. Baby bed, high chair and e-bike on request.

The vacation rental is located in a 2-party vacation home. If necessary and several people, both apartments can also be rented. The quietly located retreat is equipped with a balcony, garden (terrace), garage (with remote control) + parking space as well as a parking space for campers/caravans.

We offer you a bright attic apartment in our three-family house: It is completely renovated and converted into a cozy studio apartment. The apartment is suitable for two people, with a double bed and a sofa bed available. Supermarket, market hall and the city center can be reached on foot in a maximum of 10 minutes. We have a bus stop right outside the front door. The bus is at the main train station in 10-15 minutes. Bicycles can be locked in the garage.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.

Our spacious 2-room apartment is located on the outskirts of the city of Balingen. The city center is about 1.6 km away. Shopping facilities, bakery as well as a pharmacy are a few minutes walk away. The cozy apartment in the basement with separate entrance has 4 sleeping possibilities, a kitchen with equipment, a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture. Parking spaces are right next to the house.
