Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Black Forest eco-work house: nature, animals, birds!

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Located directly on the Ortenau wine path, with many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The Black Forest National Park is only 20 minutes away. Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.
