Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the house in the woods (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Garden house in quiet surroundings - with wonderful beds. It's called "Pura Vida" because we want to offer guests the good life. We offer a pleasant atmosphere, a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. In a detached building, originally a garage, a pleasant place has been created with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are two double beds that can also be separated. A sunny terrace is located at the rear. The immediate area is popular with hikers and cyclists; from the cottage you can go anywhere! Of course, the cottage is equipped with free WiFi and a smart television. The cottage has its own entrance on a demarcated piece of the plot.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.
