Ideally situated near the RAI and with excellent public transport connections, the suite is perfect for couples, families, or business travelers. Spacious room within a villa with a new king size pocket spring bed, luxury all cotton bedlinnen, your own ensuite bathroom and a big balcony with chairs and a little table. Super fast wifi. With airconditioning in a quiet, residential area in Amsterdam South. Public transport a 4 minute walk and easy, quick access to the city center, by tram, bus and metro. G oogle, Accenture, Akzo, RAI all within walking distance. The city center is quickly reached by tram 5, metro 52 , and on foot.

No weird house rules,. Private rooms, no locks, rest happily shared with us. You might meet other guests. If you are 4 people you can use the extra bedroom, fee 49€ p/n. If you are 2 or 3 people the fee is higher. Smoking (weed) is not allowed in/near the apartment. Read the reviews!

Spacious, quiet houseboat, amazing views!

Unique houseboat with amazing views. Here you can come for peace and quiet within Amsterdam. The views are spectacular, the atmosphere relaxed, and the city is around the corner: The metro is an easy walk away, and will take you to the city centre in minutes. Please note that we (your hosts) live right next to you: this apartment is not a party place (our kids' bedroom is adjacent to your apartment ;-). Your kids are very welcome, but if they are mobile they must be able to swim.

Public transport, cafés and restaurants and just around the corner. Swimming pool, parks, and the Amstel-river are nearby. Supermarkets are on a few minutes walking and are all open till late.

A very bright room with a bathroom and little pantry on the groundfloor with its own entrance. In a part of town known as "the Pijp". A neighborhood with bars and restaurants from all nationalities. The apartment is about 35 sqm with a kingsize bed or two single beds. The kitchenette is equipped with a nespressomachine, watercooker, and toaster.
