The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Het is een heerlijke vrijstaande cottage met airconditioning van alle gemakken voorzien in een zeer landelijke omgeving in de ruime tuin van onze boerderij uit 1703. Het heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer, ruime leefkeuken met alle apparatuur en op de begane grond een ruime badkamer met een aparte waskamer met wasmachine en droger. Op het erf is een puppycreche gevestigd. Het geheel ligt in Eemnes. Slechts 30 autominuten van Amsterdam en Utrecht en de bus stop bijna voor de deur.

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the house in the woods (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, including owls, squirrels, and you can regularly see deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Cottage on the Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is an attractively decorated holiday home in rural style. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the estate. The presence of the horses on the property adds to the rural atmosphere. With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.
