In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Bright, modern furnished apartment in a central location. The perfect base for touring the Black Forest. Many hiking trails through the Durbach vineyards. Offenburg with many shopping facilities is only a 5 minute drive away and can also be reached well by public transport. Nearby is the winegrowers' cooperative Durbach as well as the heated outdoor pool with miniature golf course. Also the physical well-being is not neglected in Durbach with its numerous restaurants.

Our apartment is on the first floor of our house. On approx. 90 square meters, we offer you a cozy 3-room apartment to feel good. It has 4-5 beds and invites you to relax. The apartment is located in a central yet very quiet street in the center of Appenweier. Appenweier is a municipality in the Ortenau district located between the Black Forest and Strasbourg. The transport connection is perfect for exploring many excursion destinations and attractions in the area.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
