Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hang and lay. WiFi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

Here you can enjoy nature, relax on one of the beaches, swimming, hiking, cycling, bird watching and canoeing. Special locations such as Amsterdam, Volendam and the Zaanse Schans can be reached 20 minutes away. The guest house is new and has everything you will need. There is free parking in front of the door.
