This unique property is a 16th century canal house. With private entrance and exclusive use of two whole floors. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. An oasis of calm near Amsterdam

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Comfortable apartment located in Purmerend, nearby Amsterdam. Around the corner comes a bus 301 in every 15 minutes, to Amsterdam centre in just 20 minutes. A 5 minute walk away is the train station which has a direct line to A'dam CS and Schiphol Airport. For those who come by car ,there are public parking spot next to the apartment, 2 euro a day. Big supermarket close by for fresh baked bread at your convenience. City square "Koemarkt" with many restaurants at walking distance.

Cozy basement in bulb region, private entrance.

In the middle of the bulb region, near the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! Drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine are waiting for you. There are a lot of possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem(10 min), Leiden(12 min) and Amsterdam(31 min) are easily accessible by train. On request I will be happy to prepare a breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 pers)
