The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Art nouveau houseboat overvieuwing Amstel river

Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs. The main bedroom has an attic with another bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see the dogs outside, and sometimes hear them.
