A large ans spacious livingroom with 50' led tv and an very confortable kitchen..... When used by two people only in winter season the second bedroom will be kept closed. In case of use (in winter with heating) the second room costs 7 euros more per night.

The traditionally furnished holiday home “Fichtnhittl” is situated on a farm in Aschbach (Rio Lagundo), a rural area in the mountains near Merano (Meran) and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery of South Tyrol. The 74 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with a sofa bed each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
