Villa for a break

Rent the larger half of the villa fully equipped, about 300 sqm with terrace, garden, garage, wine cellar etc. The smaller apartment about 70 sqm in the villa is already rented. The location is fantastic, quiet, about 20 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of drive to the villa can be freed of possible snow in the winter (eviction service). The villa is ideal for a break also for 2 families.

Villa Bettina, una residenza posta nella parte più bella del paesino di Cunevo. Avrete un vasto salotto con caminetto e zona pranzo su due livelli. All'esterno c'è un'ampia terrazza coperta con un tavolo ovale da 6 persone per colazioni e pranzi all'aperto. Potrete prendere il sole sui lettini-sdraio o rilassarvi sull'amaca.
