You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

In the family house is the condo "Gemütliches Eck" with 30 m² on the beautiful Lake Wörth. The property is located on a hill and can be reached from the main road. Ideal for nature lovers. The walk to the S-Bahn [suburban train] is 15 minutes. From Steinebach S-Bahn station to Munich Central Station it takes 40 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk. A concrete terrace is available for guests to share. From now on, also SUP board rental. Inquire at least one day in advance.

Möblierte Wohnung inkl Balkon, frisch renoviert, mit Seeblick in Sackgasse inkl neuem Bad mit Walk-In Dusche, neuen Matratzen und neuem Sofa, komplett neuer Küche inkl neuer Waschmaschine und neuer Spülmaschine Der öffentliche, kleine Badebereich ist direkt vor der Türe. Ihr lauft nur einmal um die Kapelle (siehe Foto) und seid direkt dort. Es gibt ein 180x200cm Bett, ein Schlafsofa von 140x200cm und ein weiteres Schlafsofa von 107x218cm
