The kitchen & dining area with large 4 window roof to the southeast side and 2 dormer windows to the north side is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with ceramic hob, extractor, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of dishes and pots. The dining area includes a modern dining area with a large 1.80 dining table and plenty of seating. In addition, there is a lounge in the room – area with flair with a white couch, from which you can also make the chef - watch it very relaxed while eating. The approx. 26 m² kitchen and dining area forms the center of the apartment and is located between the living room and bedroom. Apartment Michl – three times good... Our three apartments are about 40 sqm in size. Two of them are double rooms with balcony. The single room is equipped with a 1.40 m wide bed. Furthermore, all our apartments offer a 32 inch TV and oak parquet floor. In the double rooms, the beds can be separated from each other. We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Farm stay

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. The Augsburg city centre (Rathausplatz) is 4.5 km away and can be reached in 15 minutes by car. A public bus service is nearby. The A8 motorway connection (München-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.
