Peace and quiet at Lake Waldschwaig

Quiet retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden view. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for a maximum of 2 people. Double bed (2 x 2 m), bathroom with shower, small kitchen are provided. From mid-September 2026, a private small terrace will be available. My dog roams freely on the property. He is very gentle, but he does bark. Dachau is 2 km away, and Munich is about 15 km away. I myself live on the property and deliberately keep it quiet.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Our farm, the Asamhof, is idyllically located on the southern outskirts of Kissing, very close to the charming Burgstall Chapel, a mill race, extensive fields and walking paths. The apartment is simple, but offers everything you need. The municipality of Kissing is conveniently located between the cities of Augsburg and Munich, which can also be reached by public transport. Supermarkets and discount stores are open Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm.
