Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Beautiful location, right in the middle of Augsburg and right next to the Siebentischwald. You will stay on the upper floor, so there are stairs to climb. There are large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room and a large gallery - all to yourself! Living with open kitchen and large sliding door to the roof terrace overlooking the nature park. Very modern kitchen equipment, kitchen fully equipped with large fridge and freezer, stove, induction range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker, etc.
