Private room. 2 minutes from the subway, the best location! Spacious balcony and kitchen.

Suitable for the whole family to stay or for long stays (great for a month's stay!) It's a spacious house. Since we are renting out the house where our family lived after some maintenance, there is most of what you need for living. Located in a suburban residential district, it is quiet and peaceful, and all supermarket chains are nearby. It's a 2-minute walk from the subway, so the accessibility to the city is obvious. (Approximately 20 minutes, including walking time to the city center) You can sit on a very spacious balcony, bask in the sun, read a book, drink tea, or cook the herbs I grew. Basic seasonings are also provided.

Dear Travelers to Munich, I offer you an entire modern and cousy 3 room apartment (85m2) with high-quality furnishings in a green and quiet location. Munich city center (Marienplatz, Oktoberfest) is easily in 15 min accessible by public transportation (100mt to S-Bahn) or car. Shops, cafe, bakery, restaurants, children playground and bavarian park with lake are in walking distance. The flat is fully equipped with household appliance and everything you need to have a nice stay in Munich.

Schöne 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung - sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen in der Nähe der Bavaria / Theresienwiese - für einen Kurzbesuch im schönen München oder auch für länger! Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG (mit Aufzug), ist sehr hell, hat ca. 44 qm und einen großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne mit einem Daybed sowie einem kleinen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Modern, stylisch und absolut neuwertig möbliert mit Boxspringbett, Ess-/Arbeitstisch, Küchenzeile, Duschbad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank, etc.

Garden....living, close to Munich!

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 18 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.
