Don't worry, we will contact you in time after booking and confirm all additional services. Enjoy a beautiful view of the pond right from the yurt. There will be a flock of sheep running around you. The building is fenced. If you are missing anything, you can use the services of the established guest house, which is a "few" steps from the yurt, but you will still feel like you are alone.

Golfers receive a green fee discount at the Oberzwieselau Golf Park Furnished by the architectural firm bauconcept, in clear structures and high-quality materials. Large park of the former Gardening at Oberzwieselau Castle for free use. Sustainability: electricity from our own hydroelectric power plant, drinking water from our own source, wood chip heating with wood from our own forest.

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

In this exposed location, you can enjoy the view of the Bavarian Forest mountain range and its slopes every day. A city bus stop is within sight (100m). With the spa card you can explore the Bavarian Forest free of charge (Waldbahn, Igelbus).
