Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Leaving the front door, you can take in the views of the Carnin Pilot Tower, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. Wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and the main bedroom, you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

Pinnow is 5 km from the island of Usedom (25 min by car to the Baltic Sea beach). In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: Duvet covers, linen, towels & tea towels must be brought by yourself. Self-cleaning on departure!

The holiday home is located on a 6000 m² fenced nature plot in the dune forest in the small holiday home settlement "Theodor Fontane". The small cozy house is ideal for couples and families with max. 2 children who want to spend their holidays on the water and in the middle of nature.

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
