Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Traumhaftes Reetdachhaus mit direktem Blick auf das Achterwasser, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Es ist ein ca. 115 m² großes Ferienhaus mit großer Sonnenterrasse für bis zu sechs Erwachsenen + 1 Kind. Zu jeder Jahreszeit bietet es alles, was man zum Erholen und zur Entspannung braucht. Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Feel welcome in our 5-star apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 box spring beds, 1 double bed and a baby crib available. The living-dining area has a large flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, Wi-Fi. Our kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. Brand new is the hot air fryer. One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The car can be parked on the premises.

Best location in Zinnowitz on the Glienberg. Our ocean steamer apartment is located directly on the impressive beech forest through which a short path leads to the beach. Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the beach! Private parking right outside the front door! There is a sauna in the house. I will answer booking inquiries immediately.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Cozy log cabin 70 square meters in a quiet location. The Fe-Haus has two bedrooms with a loggia in the upper area. In the lower area is the living area with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a terrace. There is a parking space available. Prices per night for 2 people {for each additional person €10.00 (max. 4 people) Bed linens are provided. Please bring your own towels.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

HaffSide Usedom

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
