The house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is equipped for 8 adults. The beautiful Zempin Baltic Sea beach can be reached after about 700 m partly along the promenade through the coastal forest. The furnishings are overall very high quality and have everything you need for a nice vacation.

It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Our house is locatet in the heart of a small village called Zinnowitz. It has two apartments. This is the one in the ground floor. The beach is about 300 meters away.
