Stylish apartment in the front west awaits you. In the old building with high ceilings and a great sense of space, completely renovated and with a breathtaking view. Perfect for a short trip or a whole week. Lovingly furnished with everything you need! Including Netflix! Everything in walking distance: tram, bus, restaurants, cafes, city center. Kassel's party mile is very close, but far enough away to sleep peacefully. Ideal for two people. 3rd floor, unfortunately without elevator!!!

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. Farm stay

Our house stands free between fields, forest and meadows in beautiful countryside. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is located on the first floor and has separate entrances and a very large living kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hikers can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Mountain Park" can be reached quickly.
