This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Relax in an idyllic secluded location in the Uckermark: The former stable of an old farm is nestled between meadows, forests and an extensive orchard. The lovingly restored cottage with fireplace, underfloor heating, projector and large panoramic window has been converted into an award-winning studio and offers space for couples, friends and families with children from 6 years of age as well as for yoga groups and workshops. Light-flooded loft in the heart of the Uckermark

The village of Knehden is surrounded by the Netzowsee-Metzelthiner Feldmark nature reserve, just 5 km from Templin. The village is located in a hilly landscape. Cranes live here, but also sea eagles and ospreys. You can find otters and beavers as well as kingfishers. In autumn, the crane migration is a particularly impressive experience. 3 lakes are within walking or cycling distance.
