The idea is simple: we rent out beautiful places – and use the income to enable social organisations to use places like these free of charge. Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

On the light-flooded Belle Étage, you move with the sun throughout the day: waking up in the bedroom overlooking the castle park, showering in the open-plan designer bathroom, coffee in the large kitchen, eating in the dining room, evenings by the fireplace... Six spacious rooms with high ceilings, large windows and modern castle floorboards await you in 200 square meters. Surrounded by the lakes and forests of the Barnim Nature Park, the Belle Étage is a retreat for those who enjoy peace, nature, architecture and design.

Charmantes Kutscherhaus/Charming romantic Hideaway

Peace, space, inspiration! Perfectly located for creative work and relaxation. Not far from Berlin (1 hour), in the middle of the nature reserve, lies the historic royal Oberförsterei almost in a single location. Surrounded by lakes and canals in untouched nature, which has its own charm in all seasons. The separate, very private, charming coach house of the property can accommodate 4 people. A fireplace also provides cozy warmth, and a large garden with terrace invites you to barbecue + chill.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

A stay in a stork village 1 (with AC)

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the larger unit. (The smaller unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21896074) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Uckermark idyll complete

Renovated farmhouse with huge garden, fire pit and lake view in the middle of the Uckermark. The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. By opening the connecting doors you get a spacious house for up to 8 people.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

A house in the middle of nowhere. Peace, views and lots of water around. The right house for a weekend or a week in the countryside. For families and couples, the cut is ideal, for friends rather less. Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. Huge (4,000 sqm) garden, the Havel and an infinite number of clay pits for swimming or fishing in the immediate vicinity. Attention: This is not a party location.

The Landliebe Lodges Bienenstock vacation home is equipped for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating for a cozy atmosphere. A small, fenced garden with its own terrace invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. White towels and linens are included. Small furry friends are welcome.

In the southern Uckermark - surrounded by the first gentle hills, fields and meadows, in the small village of Alsenhof, coming from Berlin a few kilometers before Templin, lies our freshly built stable barn. The residential unit to be rented occupies one third of the large stable building, extends over two floors and has a separate entrance and its own garden.
