Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxurious apartment.

Bright and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet, and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the self-contained studio with high quality materials. Just the way you would like it to be at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a fridge filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/cottage cheese, eggs, jam upon arrival. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

You can rent us a beautiful upper house with panoramic views of the Meuse in both directions. You can see the ferry going up and down and ships and yachts sailing past you all day. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cosy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature areas on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There's wireless TV.

Make yourself at home. It is very spacious and offers space for up to 4 people, if you want. Find yourself in the clean space with comfortable on quality seating and bed. I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Beautiful quiet holiday home in nat. park de Maasduinen, on Pieterpad and forest, heathland, fens, meadows, meadow. For 1 to 4 people. Children very welcome! Two-bed bedroom (single or double), kitchen, bathroom, living room with wood-burning stove and sleeping-vide with double bed. Nice view, rest. The Chalet is located near the port of Wanssum. At a smaller distance from De Maasduinen National Park. The garden house has 40 m2 surface, with 2 x 1 pp 90x200 beds and scaffolding sofa bed 120x200, a pellet stove, air conditioning, kitchen with built-in oven, induction and refrigerator. You stay in a former forge from +-1870 in a beautiful, historic and very quiet area. This "blacksmith" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious house. Ideal as a base for various natural or sports trips, or as your 'home away from home' when you temporarily need a second accommodation. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited rectory. Wonderfully quiet!
