The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

(approx. 200 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is not accessible. Tourist tax included Smoking is not permitted. Fresh rolls are available in the morning right next door at the bakery wagon. Restaurant and snack bar at the port of Wardt within walking distance. The apartment has been completed since August 2021. Garage for sports equipment on request.

The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.
