Buitenplaats de Zuydsehoeve is a beautiful family accommodation for 10 people. The farmhouse is divided into 't Voorhuys and the back house where the owners live. In the meadow, next to the sheep, is a 4-person accommodation. The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of the forest and recreational lake 't Schaartven where you can swim in the back meadow (free of charge). The farmhouse has been very luxuriously renovated with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious garden has an XL hot tub, fire pit, barbecue and parking.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the southernmost district of Essen, in Kettwig. From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhr reservoir, which is right at your doorstep (about 5 minutes' walk). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Look at the stars from your own terrace, light a bonfire, drink a glass of wine... ENJOY! The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The decor is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Tiny House Xantener Nordsee

Our tiny house is located directly on the Xanten North Sea, adjacent to the nature reserve. From the property you are immediately at the lake or on the other side directly on the Rhine. You share the great meadows with some bee colonies, squirrels, hedgehogs, rabbits and our owl. In summer you can taste plums, apples and pears directly from the trees, taste herbs from the beds, and in autumn you can eat walnuts. We provide you with a grill and a fire barrel.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!
