SeeYou - Modern cottage right on the lake

Your retreat on Lake Zootzensee: in the morning barefoot to your own jetty, jump into the water or paddle off with the boat. In the afternoon, watch the sunset in the hammock. Inside, large window fronts provide a lake panorama, the fireplace for crackling warmth. Summer and winter a place to breathe, dream and enjoy – in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The holiday resorts of Zechlinerhütte (about 4 km) and Rheinsberg as well as Flecken Zechlin (about 9 km) are in the immediate vicinity.

A house in the fields

The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created – and is still being created – which can accommodate 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the mainly privately used studio area.

Storch & Kranich

Welcome to Storch & Kranich – two spacious apartments in the lovingly converted barn ensemble northeast of Berlin. Together, they can accommodate up to 10 people and are ideal for families and groups of friends. Both apartments are located in the same barn, but are spatially separated – a harmonious connection of proximity and retreat. The construction trailer is opposite a 100-year-old barn that I converted into a studio. The construction trailer is 17 m² with kitchen-living room, double bed in one room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, kettle, small fridge and sink (water container). You will find everything you need in terms of kitchenware, dishes, and spices. The wood-burning stove quickly creates cozy warmth if needed. Guests - shower & toilet are located in the barn.

Uckermark idyll complete

Renovated farmhouse with huge garden, fire pit and lake view in the middle of the Uckermark. The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. By opening the connecting doors you get a spacious house for up to 8 people.

Your lake house

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

In the middle of the quiet countryside between Lindow and Rheinsberg lies the listed former school estate in a small village. The simple but tastefully converted barn is a nice place to relax.
