The bright, approx. 24 m² bungalow has a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed (width 133 cm), its own terrace, a separate bedroom and a modern daylight bathroom with a spacious shower.

Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
